What does StepStone do exactly?

StepStone is a job site. Businesses can post their job advertisements on our website and visitors can subsequently apply for those jobs.

Once a job application has been sent, the rest of the application procedure will take place directly between the applicant and the company that posted the job opening on StepStone.

We are not a temporary or recruitment agency and do not conduct any interviews or selection procedures ourselves.

Visitors can also add their résumé to the StepStone CV database. Only businesses that have been granted access are allowed to browse the database for suitable candidates.
